TRAINING PLANS

 

For many athletes one of the hardest parts of maintaining consistent training is knowing what to do, when to do it and how to do it. Others have precious little time to train and need some support in developing an effective programme. Either way, at Positive Kinetics we can take the strain out of it and help guide you through an event or goal specific tailored training programme, building to the event and delivering you in the best shape for peak performance.

We can write one-off plans to follow on your own, or provide ongoing monthly plans, both of which are designed for you and delivered electronically, so all you need to worry about is the training.

First off, we get to know you through a short assessment which helps us understand what you’re trying to achieve and how best to get there. Then, we encourage all our new athletes to undergo a physical profiling session. This further informs our training advice and reduces long-term injury risk by highlighting any physical imbalances/restrictions and allowing us to eliminate any practices which may adversely affect your training.

Gold – £120/month – includes a monthly programme (detailed weekly & daily requirements + session plans where necessary), monthly coach consultation, email & phone support, discounted physio support & discounted retail offers

Silver – £90/month – includes a monthly programme (weekly & daily requirements), monthly coach consultation, email & limited phone support, discounted physio support

Bronze – £70/month – includes a monthly programme (outline weekly & daily requirements), monthly coach consultation, email support, discounted physio support

Please note that the first month of any of the above programmes incurs an additional £30 charge to cover set-up and physical assessment.
