One-to-one technique sessions can often lead to big improvements in performance by improving movement economy as well as helping prevent injury.
Whatever your reasons we offer single or block bookings for technique analysis and development in swimming, cycling and running, including video analysis and practical lessons, all designed to go hand in hand with your training goals. These can be combined with our monthly coaching plans or just used when the need arises.
Technique sessions start from £35/hr.
