All things Positive…
It’s been far too long since the last blog post, unbelievably this is actually the first one of 2012 (I know, sorry!) but, since coming back from some well deserved time off over the new year break, January has been an unprecedented month for us which has been amazing.
We’ve had more and more requests for bespoke training programmes which have flown out the door and a whole host of new athletes have come into the fold too. This year we’ll be coaching a number of triathletes (amateur & elite, long course & short course, on-road & off-road); runners going from 10K all the way up to ultra-distance; cyclists gearing up for the formidable challenge of L’Etape du Tour in the Alps and a group of swimmers, one of whom is gearing up for a solo crossing of the English Channel, a challenge indeed!
We recently installed a Wattbike in the studio on Dublin Street too which will help with rehab, training and testing all who are interested. There’s no hiding from the numbers and stats and a Wattbike measures them all, so if you want a true reading of where you are right now, come and have a go! This year will also see the first year of our K+ TRI race squad heading out to races across the globe to race hard and spread the word, we’re looking forward to it and are delighted to have sponsorship from both ForGoodnessShakes and The Tri Centre to help us on the way.
